Charity Auction Update

The Charity Auction For Lori is ready to go.

Visit http://www.facebook.com/RRSAHM.auction between Wednesday @ 9am and Friday @ 5pm and bid on the many items available.

ALL proceeds go to Lori and her Children, in the hope that they will be able to eventually push through this horrid, horrid time in their lives.

I realise that there are many families going through tough times in Australia right now, especially due to the extreme flooding.  

This situation has hit way too close to home for me, and my heart just goes out to Lori and her Family although we have never met.

Lori, I hope that even in some small way, this Auction at least shows you that you are not alone, and you will always have someone (or many someones) to lean on.

Auctioning For A Good Cause

My first post, and its a cruddy one.  :(

An aquaintance -through social networking channels - has lost her Husband.  Her two little children have lost their Father.

An Auction is soon to be held to raise some money to help this Beautiful Family through the tough times ahead, although no amount of cash is going to give them what they ultimately crave.

I don't have much to give, but I am going to donate 2 Tutus that I have that didn't sell over Christmas, in the hope that someone will want them and buy them.

In essence, such a small gift, but a gift that is needed all the same.

Please stay tuned and I will update you when I know more about the Auction.

If you can help out, anything, no matter how little, would be appreciated.

Dearest Lori, May Peace be forever with you and your Children during this painful time.

Love never disappears for death is a non-event. 

I have merely retired to the room next door.

Continue to laugh at what made us laugh. 

Smile and think of me.
